Colorado Center, centrally located between Downtown and the Denver Tech Center, has risen as Denver’s premier office campus since 1987. With plans to evolve into more than a place to work, Lincoln Property Company (LPC) enlisted Brand Iron to help attract new tenants to the vibrant facility.
With major fundraising and construction plans in place, LPC had no clear strategy for attracting key tenants for their new development. Colorado Center was not utilizing the brand resources of the surrounding entertainment and retail facilities.
In need of a modernized brand identity to reflect the fresh “live, work, play” lifestyle, Brand Iron created the tagline “Business infused with Life. Life infused with Business.” to promote an updated identity for key target audiences. With a strategic marketing plan in place, Colorado Center could effectively speak to brokers throughout the Denver community.
Brand Iron caught the attention of office, retail, and entertainment tenants, thus helping solidify Colorado Center’s plans for long term growth. With web design and development, as well as a logo and print materials, Brand Iron ensured Colorado Center’s success through a core brand foundation and an evolved identity.
