The Challenge

Bow River Capital is a private alternative asset management company based in Denver, Colorado, that pursues investments in three asset classes of the lower middle market. Without a united brand identity, they were experiencing challenges effectively marketing select assets under the flagship of Bow River. Our mission was to establish a value proposition and messaging platform that highlighted the individual benefit of each of their assets while simultaneously communicating the overall worth of their service/products.

Our Strategy

We sought to help Bow River Capital Partners develop a brand/messaging platform that highlighted their experience and practicing intuition as investment partners. With an end goal of growing their business, acquiring new assets, and selling their current assets, Bow River Capital Partners and select assets needed a comprehensive brand overhaul. To achieve their goals, we designed confidential information memorandums and constructed several decks to help support business pitches and prepare their assets for acquisition.

Their Results

Bow River was able to effectively draw in investors across all of their investment types. As of today, Bow River has solidified their position as asset managers for the lower middle market of the Rodeo Region, they’ve grown to $1 billion in capital under management, and they’ve secured several successful exits with the help of Brand Iron’s strategic foresight and consultation along the way.
