The Challenge

Having already provided an exceptional brand experience for Lariat Partners, Brand Iron was brought in to help package an acquisition named Jacent, which they had owned for several years and recently merged with a competitor on the West Coast. Jacent’s mission statement was focused on providing strategic merchandising solutions to retailers across North America, however, they lacked a story that communicated their authority or experience in merchandising as an asset.

Jacent was in need of a value proposition that differentiated them from the competition while telling a brand story that displayed their growth and positioned them as an attractive partner. We embarked on a mission to create sales materials and presentation decks that demonstrated the necessity of their merchandising solutions to potential customers/clientele.

With a new branding strategy that positioned them as an attractive investment, Jacent was able to strike a 9 figure deal that generated 3.6x the return on Lariat’s original investment.
