Johnny’s NY Pizza was unable to gain suitable visibility in its local market. In an oversaturated market, obtaining brand awareness and customer loyalty was difficult. Our mission was to develop a unique brand identity that resonated with potential customers while highlighting the exceptional dining experience that set it apart from other pizzerias.
Johnny’s Pizza needed to create a brand experience that cultivated customer loyalty, but without distinct branding, messaging, or a value proposition, they failed to establish a presence in their market. We embarked on a mission to identify their key differentiators/value points so we could develop an experience that set them apart from competitors in the space.
